Terms of Service

By commissioning or buying a design from me you are agreeing to follow the terms of service listed below

  • Payment is due before I start. I won't begin until I have the payment and confirmation that you have read my ToS

  • Refunds If I have started your piece and am past the sketch phase, refunds will no longer be offered. I will show you works in progress, so if something is off, please tell me when I show you those!

  • Difficulty charge really detailed/complex characters or very detailed background may be charged a difficulty fee. Please be aware of this. Mech, detailed armor, and vehicles will all have this charge.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission and/or refund a commission while in the process of doing it If I feel I cannot meet the requirements or standard

  • I do NOT consent to having my art be sold as NFTs or sold for any form of cryptocurrency nor do I consent to it being used in AI

  • I retain the copyright to the art Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the Work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties. Personal use includes: Social media profile pictures, signatures, layouts, themes, wallpapers, personal website display, social media posts, physical prints and products that is not for sale or distribution to any other party.

  • I will not sell to or work with anyone on my blacklist. Working to help them block evade to get something from me is breaking my ToS and the design or character will be resold

Blacklist

I will not work with or sell to these individuals.
If you block evade or help block evade to buy or get something for anyone on this list you are in violation of my ToS and will be added to my blacklist as well.
I am including all known aliases in this list.I'm very serious about this. DNI.
